INFORMATION COLLECTED IN 2021

There are counties within certain court districts in Florida that have a stated requirement that you take a class in person.

The ones I have identified with direction to take the face to face class are in red below, but there could be more counties where the wording was not readily available.

If you live in one of the counties in red, on the list below, I have found specific wording in the court requirements that say you must take an in-person or face to face class, unless you get permission to take the online class prior to registration.

Regardless of the county you live in, Check with your attorney, paralegal or with the court, BEFORE you register and ask if you need to fill out a waiver request to be allowed to take the online class. Some will give you a waiver, but require that you process the request prior to enrollment in an online class.
