I have been working as a Heal Your Life Workshop leader and Class facillitator since 2000 and as a Certified Life Coaching Professional since 2008.  In 2019 I completed the 40 hour Family Mediation class to better serve clients and students who are working through relationship issues and divorce.  In understanding co-parenting and the use of a Parenting Plan, to help put their children first in their collaboration to provide the best decisions and guidance for their children, people can create a successful life for them and their children during and after a divorce. 

I specialize in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals and identify the resources they have available to them to transform their life and handle issues that are causing distress, anxiety, and stress.
